Your partnership with a coach will become an important relationship in your life. It’s important to us that we are a good fit for you and conversely, you are a good fit for us. We take partnering with you very seriously and we want to be on your long-term personal board of directors. Thus, we only work with someone after an extensive free consultation where we both agree that together we create synergy and productive environment for success. We work with a limited number of one-on-one clients at a time to ensure you get devoted attention.
During the free consultation, our goal is to:
- Get to know each other,
- Understand your reason for looking for a coach and what you want to accomplish
- Explain our initial three-month coaching process, pricing, session logistics
- Share our background and training experience
- Share examples of the types of clients we work with and their success stories
- Answer your questions about coaching, our business, our approach
