In my youth, I burned all my candles at all ends. Kind of a \u201cwax menorah\u201d approach to life. This put me on the path toward what I call Full Life Integration.<\/em><\/p>\n

I recently launched a mindfulness & meditation program called THE PAUSE<\/strong> for our company Centro, a digital media firm headquartered in Chicago with 34 offices across North America. By day, I oversee Sales Education & Development for one of the best and brightest sales organizations in the digital media industry.<\/em><\/p>\n
